Retail price: $3349.00 Your price: $3931.84	Axis Communications 0277-004 12 Channel Bundle, 3 243Q Blade The Axis Communications 0277-004 bundle consists of an AXIS 291 1U 3-slot rack, populated with three AXIS 243Q Blade 4-channel video servers. In combination, this bundle will allow video from up to twelve analog CCTV cameras to be transmitted over a network. Along with high quality video, this unit will also convert PTZ and alarm signals from the associated cameras for transmission over the network. Blade Servers are available in several different configurations, each designed to suit a particular application. This AXIS 243Q Video Server has the distinction of being able to capture video simultaneously in both the MJPEG and MPEG-4 formats and at speeds up to 30 FPS across all four channels. This gives a user the necessary control over how data is transmitted over a network and also provides a user with the image clarity required to closely identify people and objects. Once connected to the Blade, analog dome cameras are treated exactly like network PTZ cameras and are fully controllable for their pan, tilt and zoom functions over the Internet. To further enhance security performance, AXIS Video Racks provide individual alarm I/O ports in the back of each Blade slot. These I/O ports can be used with external sensors to trigger alarm events such as when a door or window is being forcefully opened, and to activate devices following an alarm event like turning a light on or locking down a row of doors. With support for hot swapping, blades can be removed or replaced without first having to power down the unit. This will allow users in a dynamic CCTV environment to move blades from one server to another or swap an installed blade for one that is more appropriate for a particular camera or application.
