Red Line Oils 57914 75W140 Gear Oil, Quart Red Line's 75W140 Synthetic Gear Oil is a GL-5 rated product recommended for street-driven road car differentials where that viscosity is specified, providing excellent performance in both conventional and limited slip units. It is popular in late-model Ford truck rear differentials as well as many other common models. Red Line's Synthetic Gear Oil's are designed to provide the highest degree of protection and greatest efficiency for your drivetrain. Red Line provides a complete line of drivetrain lubricants which are optimized for differential, transmission, or transaxle use over a wide range of temperatures. Proper selection depends upon the manufacturers' requirements and whether the application is for passenger automotive, commercial, or racing use. Red Line Gear Oils contain polyol ester basestocks to provide excellent lubrication even under extreme conditions of high-loading and high- temperatures--their natural lubricity provide excellent slipperiness which reduces the sliding friction in hypoid gears to reduce wear and temperatures. Royal Purple 04154 15W40 Synthetic Motor Oil, 1 Gallon Royal Purple motor oils are recommended for use in all 4-cycle gasoline engines, and both 2-cycle and 4-cycle diesel applications including cars, trucks, motor homes/RVs, boats, commercial fleets, and stationary industrial diesel engines. Royal Purple motor oils are tough, long-life, high-performance oils that deliver superior protection and enhanced performance. They gain their performance advantages from a blend of synthetic oils plus Royal Purple's proprietary, synthetic Synerlec additive technology, which greatly reduces engine wear, including ring, cylinder, and bearing wear. They are extremely tenacious, adhere to engine surfaces, and remain after shutdown, which provides protection upon initial startup. Royal Purple motor oils also extend oil drain intervals. Red Line Oils 58404 Light Weight Shock Proof Gear Oil Red Line SHOCKPROOFTM GEAR OIL Recommended for heavily -loaded racing differentials and transmissions which see shock-loading. Red Line SHOCKPROOFTM GEAR OIL is a unique lubricant containing a suspension of solid microscopic particles as an extreme pressure agent. The viscosity characteristics allow the lubricant to resist throwoff and provide a film thickness greater than an SAE 250 grade, with the same low fluid friction as with our 80W140. Recommended for offroad racing and problem gearboxes. Lightweight Shockproof A unique gear oil designed to lubricate racing transmissions and transaxles which see serious loads (not recommended for most syncro-type transmissions). It has excellent low-temperature flow which allows easier shifting when cold. May be used to obtain maximum power transfer in racing differentials which do not see high temperatures. Similar to a 75W140 gear oil, but with the lower internal friction of an SAE 30 motor oil. Used in most road-racing differentials with moderate power and dogring racing transaxles.
