The color goes throughout the board and will not require future painting.Warning: Never install playground equipment over paved surfaces such as concrete or asphalt. All playground equipment must be installed over a soft, resilient surface in case of accidental falls. There should be regularly scheduled maintenance inspections of all playground equipment. Do not allow the surface under and around equipment to become hard and compacted.
