It also can be used after an injury to take some of the strain off the joint while healing. Ideal for sports, work or home, this system provides maximum support to the patella and knee joint. This patented design allows you to easily vary the tension, giving you the support you need. The wraparound design makes it easy to apply and wear, even over clothing, while the open space behind the knee joint allows full range of motion with no binding or bunching. The wide, open popliteal design allows for better blood flow. The durable neoprene construction helps this support supplement the knee’s muscles and ligaments. It provides comforting warmth and a reassuring feeling of knee strength. (This support should not be used by anyone with phlebitis or any circulatory problems or disorders; it is not recommended to be worn while sleeping.)
