The Relief Pak moist heat pack is a simple and effective method of applying moist heat to a localized area. Gives at least 30 minutes of therapeutic moist heat. Pack can be applied with a Relief Pak cover or a heavy towel. Pack can be heated in boiling water and even in the microwave! When treatment is complete the pack can be reheated or stored in a plastic bag in the refrigerator for later use.
